With TNA Wrestling having recently brought in former WWE stars Nic Nemeth, Ash by Elegance, Xia Brookside, and the Grizzled Young Veterans, another ex-WWE star made a surprise appearance at yesterday's TNA tapings.

Via PWInsider, Big Damo - known to WWE fans as Killian Dain - was in action against his old SAnitY buddy Eric Young.

The most recent episode of TNA TV saw Frankie Kazarian attack Young after the pair had lost against the aforementioned GYV. During this weekend's tapings, Kazarian told EY that he'd only face him once Young had banished a ghost of his past, which led to Big Damo coming out and eventually losing to Young.

SAnitY was a faction which formed in NXT in 2016, initially comprising of Eric Young, Sawyer Fulton, Alexander Wolfe, and Nikki Cross. Killian Dain would join the group shortly after Fulton's exit, and SAnitY would head to the main roster in 2018 before quietly being disbanded the following year. In the time since, Young and Wolfe - under his Axel Tischer guise - had a one-off reformation for wXw in 2022.

Of course, Big Damo is no stranger to TNA, having made three appearances for the promotion during their 2016 tour of the UK, with two of those outings finding Damo on the losing side of matches won by none other than Eric Young.
