Having wrestled just one solitary match across the past year, could Tessa Blanchard be set to make her return to the ring in NXT?

Taking to Twitter, the Queen of the Carolinas put out an image that some have taken as a tease that Tessa is heading to WWE's black and gold brand.

Said image features Blanchard with a stack of Million Dollar Man-themed bills, with this taken as a hint that she could be joining the NXT brand that Ted DiBiase has recently been a part of.

Of course, this could all be nothing and the former IMPACT World Champion could merely be posting this picture because she's a fan of the the Million Dollar Man. And let's face it, who isn't? After all, everybody has a price for the Million Dollar Man...

In terms of talent, Tessa Blanchard is undoubtedly one of the hottest free agents in the game right now, with her having departed IMPACT Wrestling 15 months ago. As it stands, Blanchard's most recent match was a loss to Kylie Rae for Warrior Wrestling back in September - and that was he first match since the prior March.

While Tessa's talent cannot be called into question, she has courted controversy at times - which is why the likes of WWE and AEW have been hesitant to make an approach to the daughter of the legendary Tully Blanchard.
