The Good Brothers' contracts with Impact Wrestling are set to expire in July.

Fightful Select report that having signed with the Anthem-helmed promotion on 18 July 2020, Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows are only bound to the promotion until 17 July 2022. This means they have around three months left with the group.

This is in line with comments made by Anderson and Gallows in an exclusive interview with WhatCulture over WrestleMania 38 weekend. With Gallows explicitly stating it was "contract season" for him and his long-time tag team partner, Anderson teased jumping to AEW or NJPW:-

"Shockingly, our best friends run a really big company. So our best friends run a big company... on top of our friend, Tony Khan, runs a big company. On top of... our best friend [pointing to Rocky Romero] is talent relations with New Japan. Also, Impact Wrestling offered us a new contract. Goddamnit, things are about to get crazy!"

The Good Brothers made several AEW appearances in 2021, effectively becoming Dynamite regulars after debuting that Japan. Their usage eased off following Adam Cole's debut (and assimilation into The Elite) at All Out 2021 in September.
