The ominous structure has played host to some truly infamous matches and falls; from Triple H versus Cactus Jack, to Mankind's unforgettable plunge from atop the cell with The Undertaker, accompanied by JR's memorable commentary, "As God is my witness, he is broken in half!"
This year sees two matches taking place inside the 20 foot high, five tonne cell. Jeff Hardy will face Randy Orton as their feud continues to escalate, whilst Braun Strowman challenges Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship with Mr Hell in a Cell (Mick Foley) as the special guest referee.
The cell match may have lost some of it's shine since transitioning from the conclusive match type in a rivalry to a compulsory annual event in WWE's calendar, but it is still one of the most punishing contests.
