Adam Cole's new AEW entrance theme, 'All About The (BOOM!)', was inspired more by Rage Against the Machine than the 32-year-old's old track as part of the Undisputed Era in WWE.

This is according to AEW's music producer, Mikey Rukus, who used Twitter to shed light on the song over the weekend.

Rukus referenced RATM's seminal track, 'Calm Like A Bomb', saying that he wanted a similar vibe but slower, and added that Adam's fondness for his old Ring Of Honor theme (David Rolfe's 'Something For You') led to him using the drumbeat from that song's verses. Vocally, Rukus pulled influence from both.

Adam Cole only debuted for AEW on 5 September but 'All About Tha (BOOM!)' had already hit 941,000 YouTube views at the time of writing. It is currently the second most-viewed video on the AEW Music channel after CM Punk's 'Cult Of Personality (1.3 million views). It should be noted, however, that a technical issue led to the channel having to be reset back in March, with view counts starting from scratch.

Rukus appeared on camera at All Out 2021 on 5 September, joining Muelas de Gallo in rapping the Lucha Brothers to the ring.
