Rhea Ripley will challenge Bianca Belair for the Raw Women's Championship at WWE Money in the Bank next month.

Ripley won a four-way match to close out Raw Monday night, defeating Alexa Bliss, Doudrop and Liv Morgan to earn the title shot. The match itself was nothing special, as half the participants spent a good amount of time on the outside "selling" attacks while the other two competed in the ring. Worse, Ripley lost a singles match just last week to Liv Morgan, which makes little sense in hindsight if (and that's a big "if") WWE had planned this out more than a week ago.

For Ripley, this will mark her first real foray back into singles competition for gold in nearly a year. Rhea lost the Raw title last July and has been mostly competing in tag teams since then.

Now aligned with The Judgment Day, Ripley has somewhat been elevated, tangling with the boys a bit and showing no fear in stepping in front of male wrestlers to protect other members.

Ripley versus Belair should be an outstanding match, with both women's power games being on full display.
