The Revival Change Twitter Names In Wake Of WWE Release
Say hello to Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood.
Fresh off the back of being released by WWE yesterday, Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson have already changed their Twitter usernames.
After over a year of speculation, The Revival have finally had their wishes granted and are set to make their presence known in another wrestling company (or companies).
Yet, the pair obviously won't be able to use their previous in-ring names in the next stage of their careers and have thus made the decision to change their monikers from Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson to Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood, respectively, on Twitter at least.
Both of the choices are clearly nods to the real life names of the performers, Daniel Wheeler and Daniel Harwood.
WWE recently registered trademarks for 'The Mechanics' and 'No Flips Just Fists', while Wheeler and Harwood also filed for 'No Flips, Just Fists' - the only difference being a comma between the two.
'The Mechanics' was the name given to the pair during their early NXT days, so it appears that the free agents will have to come up with a completely new tag team brand before they pop up in AEW, NJPW or another wrestling promotion.
What do you think of the former Raw, SmackDown and NXT Tag Champions' new Twitter handles?
