Things are getting attritional between WWE and The Revival.

The Revival and WWE are currently battling over the rights to several different pieces of intellectual property.

This is according to Dave Meltzer, who writes in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE has attempted to file trademarks on a number of bits and pieces relating to the team, including their old name, "The Mechanics," and the "No Flips, Just Fists" slogan.

Dash Wilder and Scott Dawson have file several trademarks of their own over the past year, including "#FTR," "FTRKO," "Shatter Machine," "Top Guys," and "Say Yeah." They, too, have filed for "No Flips, Just Fits," which is presumably where the legal battle lies.

Meltzer also writes that The Revival are expected to leave WWE as soon as their contracts expire. For Dawson, this is thought to be March or April, while Dash could be around until May or June after two months were added to his deal as a result of time missed through injury.

AEW remains the duo's likeliest destination at the moment. They'd be a great fit in the company's ever-evolving tag scene and the potential for knockdown matches with teams like The Young Bucks, Lucha Brothers, and Hangman Page/Kenny Omega will have people salivating.
