The Rock Stars In New Fighting With My Family Poster
Paige's story heading to Sundance ahead of March 1st debut.
A brand new poster has just landed for WWE Studios' Fighting With My Family ahead of its debut at Sundance Film Festival and they're going big on The Rock's involvement, by the look of things.
Dwayne Johnson is one of the film's producers and was a driving force in getting the film optioned after he watched the 2012 documentary The Wrestlers: Fighting with My Family that forms the major basis for the story. He also appears as himself in what has been positioned as a cameo in the trailer, but perhaps he's more involved than was first suggested? The poster would certainly suggest he's got a pretty central role.
Fighting With My Family stars rising star Florence Pugh as Paige as she negotiates a WWE tryout along with her brother (played by Jack Lowden) as her wrestling parents (played by Nick Frost and Lena Headey). Along the way, she meets lots of recognisable names, like Aj Lee (played by current WWE superstar Zelina Vega) and a host of other wrestlers - as well as Vince Vaughn and director Stephen Merchant.
It's set to debut at Sundance ahead of its UK debut in cinemas on March 1st.
Here's the trailer...
