The Undertaker's 12 WWE Hell In A Cell Matches From Worst To Best

The Deadman has excelled in the Devil's Playground but he's had some stinkers in there, too.

The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar will return to WWE for a match inside Hell in a Cell at the PPV of the same name on October 25th. Despite the weak buildup (announced via an advert? Really?), there are plenty of reasons to be excited for this titanic showdown. First and foremost is that it sees Undertaker return to the Cell for the first time in over three-and-a-half-years. The Deadman is synonymous with the the unforgiving steel structure, having competed in more cell matches than any other wrestler. His upcoming match with Lesnar will be his thirteenth outing. Out of twelve previous cell matches, he has won six, giving him an even 50/50 record. But it is not his win/loss record that really matters when looking at his Hell in a Cell history. The level of performance and quality of said match is, upon reflection, way more important than whose shoulders were pinned to the mat. The Undertaker's cell matches run the gamut in terms of quality, ranging from genuine classics and some of the best gimmicked matches ever, to some distinctly rotten affairs. Then there's everything in-between... With 'Taker's return to the cell on the horizon, I decided to revisit all of his previous matches and rank them for your convenience. Here they are, from worst to best.
