WWE recently asked a group of its creative team members to come together and produce a list of wrestlers they feel are under-utilised in the promotion, reports WrestleVotes.

Per the report, the writers came up with a bunch of different names that they believe "could shine if given the proper opportunity", with five wrestlers appearing on almost every single list: Cesaro, Angel Garza, Peyton Royce, Chad Gable, and Carmella.

It remains to be seen whether or not WWE will take any action based on the list, though improved pushes and upgraded presentation for these names would likely please the fans, particularly Cesaro supporters, who have been pining for a bigger spotlight for the 'Swiss Superman' for years.

Gable is another name who is almost universally regarded as an under-utilised talent amongst WWE fans, so it's interesting to see that this is reflected in the writing room. Garza, meanwhile, only debuted on the main roster earlier this year, but is supremely talented in all aspects of the game and seemingly ready to fly.

Carmella will challenge for Sasha Banks' SmackDown Women's Title at TLC 2020 this weekend. Peyton Royce, meanwhile, is currently working a nonsensical tag team with Lacey Evans after the equally nonsensical IIconics split.
