WWE brought former AEW and NWA wrestler Kylie Rae to last night's Main Event tapings, reports PWInsider's Mike Johnson.

Rae worked Main Event, which is taped around WWE's live Raw show every Monday, as Briana Ray. There is currently no word on whether or not she has been signed by the promotion, however.

PWInsider had reported last week that Rae was amongst the names present at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida for a tryout. Those sessions ran all week, with rising independent star KC Navarro and former ROH wrestlers Dutch and Vincent also present. Again, there is no word on who was or wasn't signed coming out of these tryouts.

Rae has been regarded as one of the brightest babyface wrestlers on the independent scene for years. Joining AEW as her stock continued to grow in 2019, Rae immediately appeared set for a huge role in the young company, with Cody Rhodes, amongst others, talking her up as a prospect. She ended up working just one bout for the company before a mutual parting of ways, competing in a four-way at the original Double Or Nothing that May.

IMPACT Wrestling, the NWA, and various US-based indies have since hosted Rae, who has taken several breaks from wrestling over the past few years.
