As the world continues to look for ways to stay busy as more
and more places see lockdowns of varying degrees introduced, ECW icon Tommy
Dreamer has been using this time to showcase his own personal wrestling
collection. And in doing so, the House of Hardcore owner has taken at shot at
WWE’s Zack Ryder.
Not only is Ryder famed for Woo Woo Woo’ing, but he’s an
avid collector of any and all wrestling merchandise. So much so, his wrestling
figure collection is the stuff of legend. Where Dreamer comes into this though,
is that he’s labelled the former United States Champion an “idiot” for the ludicrous amounts
of money Ryder spends on his collection.
Revealing that he’s tried to sell one of his own championship
belts to Ryder for the sum of $40,000, Tommy explained in a Twitch video, “That’s
the only ever title with the New York plate, and I have the other WWE ECW Title
here somewhere. And I’ve offered to sell that New York Title to Zack Ryder for
now $40,000 since he bought a bunch of action figures for $40,000 ‘cause he’s
an idiot.”

Dreamer continued, “When this all gets settled, I will guarantee
you WWE will probably start doing massive layoffs because it’s gonna be a lot
of recoup time. I will say, ‘Bet you had the 40Gs back and not in action
figures there, buddy’. That’s nuts."

The New York plate that Tommy refers to is from his time as WWE
Hardcore Champion, in which he personalised the belt to have New York City
license plates on it.
