Nowadays causing plenty of buzz whenever and wherever he appears, TNA's Joe Hendry has been addressing his current contract status.

Speaking on Talk Is Jericho, the Local Hero revealed he's "got a while" left on his existing TNA deal, but added how "anything is possible" because of the working relationship TNA has with WWE. The charismatic Scotsman also praised TNA management for how much they've supported him and how the company has helped Joe whenever he's tried to "invest" in himself.

Of course, while Hendry's made several appearances in NXT lately, also on the table for the former WCPW Champion is the small matter of TNA Slammiversary this Saturday. A total sell-out and the promotion's highest-selling PPV in ten years, Slammiversary sees Joe Hendry joined by Nic Memeth, Steve Maclin, Josh Alexander, and Frankie Kazarian in a six-way elimination match for Moose's TNA World Championship.

Where NXT is concerned, recent reports - plus comments from the man himself - suggest Joe will be sticking around for the foreseeable future, with this week's NXT broadcast already teasing something between Hendry and his fellow Scots, Gallus.
