Update On When Brock Lesnar May Return To WWE Television

It might be a while before we see 'The Beast Incarnate' in WWE again.

Brock Lesnar lost his WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre in quick, decisive fashion at WrestleMania 36, putting the Scotsman over in under five minutes - and fans may need to wait for his next appearance on company television.

A new report from PWInsider speculates that 'The Beast Incarnate' might not be on our screens until the ongoing global health crisis eases off and everything returns to normal.

"Speculates" is the key term here, as WWE is keeping all backstage happenings under lock and key at the moment (strengthened by the threat to fire leakers), though Lesnar not wanting to burn through his part-time dates and choosing to stay at home as the outside world becomes an increasingly dangerous dumpster fire is understandable.

This could mean one of WWE's biggest stars not being a part of programming for months. While US President Donald Trump believes fans could return to American sporting events by August or September, this is by no means guaranteed. The situation changes daily and Brock, who lives an isolated life in Canada, is likely more than happy to wait this whole thing out.

For now, McIntyre carries WWE Raw forward as its top champion.
