Update On When Bryan Danielson Will Return To AEW Rings

Here's when injured AEW star Bryan Danielson is expected to wrestle again.

PWInsider is reporting that Bryan Danielson should be back in AEW rings by the time Forbidden Door rolls around on 26 June. The website also reports that this is a tentative date, and Bryan could actually be in-ring "sooner" than All Elite's next pay-per-view.

Wrestling fans will be pleased to hear that.

Previously, early reports suggested that Danielson had suffered a concussion during the wild 'Anarchy In The Arena' brawl at Double Or Nothing. PWInsider squashed that as nonsense, and said they had "no official confirmation" from AEW sources that this was the case.

A more minor injury appears to have benched Bryan for a few weeks, and he'll be raring to go again soon. That'll come as a relief to Tony Khan, especially when new AEW World Champion CM Punk has been taken out the game with his own injury issues.

Having Danielson back in rings by Forbidden Door would be a boost to the promotion. He was "banged up" at Double Or Nothing, but is expected to return on Dynamite before the end of the month.

It's obviously important that Bryan is medically cleared before that though.
