Charlotte Flair won a Fatal-4-Way match over Naomi, Tamina and Becky Lynch on last night's SmackDown to become the new #1 contender for Natalya's SmackDown Women's Title.

It was then announced that Flair will get her shot at the title come Hell In A Cell on October 8. This means that WWE have revealed 4 matches for the SmackDown-exclusive pay-per-view, including the latest Women's Title showdown.

Elsewhere on the card, a long-running feud continues as The Usos challenge The New Day for the SmackDown Tag-Team Titles. Shinsuke Nakamura will also get another crack at Jinder Mahal's WWE Title, and Shane McMahon meets Kevin Owens in a titular Hell In A Cell match.

It's about time Charlotte was elevated to challenging for the title. Since moving from Raw to SmackDown this past April, she has struggled to continue the success she experienced on Monday nights and was even turned babyface.

That turn hasn't worked out for the best, but if WWE put the title on her then reverting to type as a heel may reinvigorate things. Regardless of creative direction, this match (title shot or not) represents a drop in status from Charlotte's main event Cell match opposite Sasha Banks last year.
