Lio Rush, Big Swole, Charlotte Flair and many more all backed the #NaomiDeservesBetter hashtag trending after this week's Friday Night SmackDown on FOX.

After Naomi lost to Lacey Evans on the latest episode of the blue show, many fans took to Twitter to speak up for a performer they feel has been overlooked for far too long.

Posting clips of her greatest moments and explaining exactly why the star should be in a better position than the one she currently finds herself in, #NaomiDeservesBetter quickly began to pick up momentum in the wake of her most recent defeat.

Among the people voicing their support for the wrestler, were her current and former colleagues and also stars from other wrestling companies.

Former NXT Cruiserweight Champion Lio Rush tweeted, 'Oh yeah…. and @NaomiWWE should have been a 10x women’s champion by now.' 12-time Women's Champion Charlotte Flair simply posted 'YUP!' with a video of Naomi's 2020 Women's Royal Rumble match entrance.

The New Day's Big E commented on the support of Naomi by tweeting, 'It’s dope to see the deserved love @NaomiWWE gets. I’ve known her for over a decade. She’s an incredible performer & one of the best humans I’ve ever known.'

Also, AEW's Big Swole backed the performer by stating, 'Naomi BEEN that woman, ok?! I will take no slander of any kind regarding that Queen.' She also replied to a fan who disagreed by saying, 'I'm no where near Naomi's pedigree, she has put in the work and the fruit it has yielded is NOT enough. This is about her, her time not mine.'

Could this overwhelming support lead to Naomi getting another shot at the SmackDown Women's Championship in the near future? Hopefully, as she's undoubtedly been one of the most severely under-utilised performers WWE currently have on their talented roster.
