Vince McMahon Wants MORE Romance Angles In WWE?

Is Ric Flair/Lacey Evans just the beginning of Vince McMahon's romantic revolution in WWE?

Is WWE programming about to be hit with a new wave of romantic storylines? Jim Ross certainly seems to think so.

Speaking on his Grilling JR podcast, the legendary announcer claimed that he had heard that Vince McMahon is interested in running more storylines like that currently playing out between Lacey Evans and Ric Flair on Raw, which saw the duo head back to a hotel room after Evans had bested Ric's daughter, Charlotte, on last night's show.

Ross added the following:-

"Vince always liked that sexual element, especially when we were TV14 in the Attitude Era. He had the poetic and artistic license to do whatever the hell he wanted. That might be a return to their repertoire there."

2020's closing weeks saw Angel Garza attempting to seduce a mystery woman behind the camera's lens, though this has seemingly been forgotten about on Raw, with the former Cruiserweight Champion back on the periphery at the moment. Elsewhere, there's the Murphy/Aalyah Mysterio situation on SmackDown.

There's currently no word on who, exactly, WWE would look to pair together in new romantic storylines, though if the Evans/Flair situation is designed to make Ric look like a dirty old man, they're succeeding.
