Viscera To Return To WWE At WrestleMania 28?

Hot on the heels of the news that "attitude era" superstar Matt Bloom (Albert, A-Train) is returning to the WWE as a henchman to John Laurinatis next month, comes word that Nelson Frazier Jr could also be making a comeback for the company. Frazier is better known for the variety of gimmicks he had during his time with the WWF and WWE, including Mable, Viscera, Big Daddy V and King V. It is being reported that the 40-year old former WWE Superstar was pulled out of appearing for Wild Out Wrestling's "Betrayed" Event on March 31st at the Giant Flea Market in Union City, Tennessee because he has been booked by the WWE. Frazier was expected to appear in a Team Kamala vs Team Showtime match but Kamala Jr revealed on Facebook last night that the event has been moved to April 14th because Big Daddy V's work for the WWE. A source close to Frazier confirmed the booking and claims he will be at WWE WrestleMania 28. Although Frazier has been booked for work by the WWE, I personally doubt that he has signed a contract to return to the company as a full time performer. From the sounds of things he has been booked for a WrestleMania Axxess type of deal for WrestleMania weekend and perhaps has been asked to shoot something for the WWE Network, although I could easily be wrong and he could be about to return as an active wrestler. I just have a feeling at his age and has his market value (he was only ever pushed because of his unique look and size... the guy had no charisma or anything special in the ring) that there is no upside in bringing him in to the roster because there is nothing he can bring to the table. I mean I understand he is the same age as Matt Bloom but the former Prince Albert has done nothing but impress in Japan under his new moniker Giant Bernard and has become an international star in his own right. Not to mention that he was in better shape than Viscera, was better and more active in the ring and has use for the WWE. Though maybe I'm wrong and John Laurinaitis needs another henchman/bodyguard? During his time with the WWE, Frazier incredibly won the 1995 King of the Ring under the ring name Mabel in a particular low point for the company when the roster was pathetic compared to WCW and they were pushing the wrong guys. He also won the WWE Tag Team Titles with Mo during this period. Later he had a run as a lower midcard talent as Viscera who was part of the Corporate Ministry of Jobbers for The Undertaker and he won the WWE Hardcore Title during this tenure, actually his last title with the company. He was released from his contract in August 2000 when the WWE had nothing left for him and he hadn't got over in seven years (he signed with the WWE way back in 1993). He worked with TNA in 2003 after appearing on the indie scene and made a couple of appearances alongside Ron "The Truth" Killings under the name "Nelson Knight" but was gone after a few shows. Incredibly WWE re-signed him in 2004 and Viscera made a return, eventually becoming "The World's Largest Love Machine" and wearing pajama's and having a crush on Lillian Garcia. He had a run in ECW as Big Daddy V before again being let go from his contract in 2008. He has since appeared on the independent circuit and for All Japan Pro Wrestling.
