"That’s about the only thing that I would do differently".

Booker T revealed on his 'Hall Of Fame' podcast that he'd love to go back and change the outcome of his WrestleMania XIX match with Triple H if he could. That, according to the former World Champ, is the "only" thing he'd alter from his iconic career.

Then, Book admitted that the result didn't bother him as much back in 2003.

He even forgot all about the match after receiving his pay for 'Mania, because that one pay off paid for his house outright and that helped put things into perspective for Booker. It's only in years since that Book has looked back on what might've been and realised how much momentum he had going into that pay-per-view.

"The thing is you can’t get the check if you ain’t championship quality. You got to be a guy that they are giving the ball to. I would change the outcome though".

Wrestling fans noted at the time how Triple H's looooong pause after hitting the Pedigree hurt Booker T as a spirited babyface. Some also didn't like the unsavoury splashes of racism hinted at during the bout's build.
