Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson's Slammiversary debut could have looked very different, according to Wrestling Inc.

The Good Brothers announced they had officially signed for Impact yesterday prior to the PPV, but they really made their presence known after the show's main event. Helping new Impact World Champion Eddie Edwards fend off Fulton and Ace Austin, Gallows and Anderson finally ended up sharing a few beers with the new Champion in the closing stages of Slammiversary.

However, that wasn't originally part of the plan.

Wrestling Inc reports that the pair were actually supposed to attack Tessa Blanchard during the main event in order to give them instant heat upon arrival. This was pitched by the team to Executive VP Scott 'D'Amore.

This obviously didn't come to pass as Blanchard left the company last month and vacated the Impact World Championship.

Elsewhere at Slammiversary, EC3, Eric Young, The Motor City Machine Guns and Rich Swann all made their returns to the company, while Heath (Slater) also debuted during the event.

After just one show, Impact now suddenly looks like a completely different world. It'll be intriguing to see where the company goes from here.
