What WWE REALLY Thinks Of Exciting New Raw Act
Backstage reaction to latest WWE Raw stars revealed.
The Creed Brothers and Ivy Nile have received positive backstage reactions to their work on this week's episode of WWE Raw, reports Fightful Select.
The outlet notes, via its Select Portions column, that WWE sources were happy with the trio, who debuted on the red brand on Monday.
Brutus and Judas Creed wrestled Alpha Academy's Otis and Chad Gable on the show. This came about via social media, with Gable throwing down an open challenge before Raw. The Creeds responded, the match was made, and Brutus and Julius defeated the Academy in their first Raw bout.
Nile accompanied the Creeds to the ring, combatting Akira Tozawa and Maxxine Dupri, who were with Otis and Gable.
The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer had reported before Raw that the Creeds were on the verge of a full-time main roster call-up. While the decision wasn't 100% made at the time, Meltzer had been told it was happening, stating that they would start as a tag team despite WWE being "very, very high" on Julius as a singles prospect.
The Creeds followed their Raw debut with a Tables, Ladders, and Scares match against Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo on last night's special Halloween Havoc episode of NXT.
