Where The Hell Is Seth Rollins?! (WWE News)
WWE fans might have to wait a little while longer to see Seth Rollins again.
WrestleVotes via Fightful Select is reporting that they haven't heard the name Seth Rollins from in-company sources "in a while". The multi-time World Champion was last seen losing to Roman Reigns back at SummerSlam in August. Post-match, the ex-Shield cohorts buried the hatchet by performing the group's signature pose.
During a Q&A session with fans, WrestleVotes noted that Seth should "be back relatively soon", but they did also suggest that Rollins wasn't even supposed to be on the sidelines for this length of time. He hasn't been spotted on WWE programming in around 6 weeks now, which is some stretch without such a major star.
That might not be problematic over on SmackDown, because the main event scene is bursting with talent, but Raw doesn't really have that luxury. Plus, it's hardly like Roman is appearing on screens every single week. Could the flagship do with Seth? Absolutely.
There's some good news to report on top of that: Rollins isn't injured, and it's believed that his current sabbatical is nothing more than a creative decision because he doesn't have an ongoing storyline or feud to sink his teeth into right now. So, rather than trying to awkwardly cram him into the mix, WWE management has elected to bide their time with Seth.
Who knows what Triple H and his writers have in mind for the veteran post-Roman? It's tough to picture Rollins sinking down the card towards the midcard title scene, but he doesn't really have much going on at the top table coming out of the summer months.
