Which Wrestler Had 13 Storyline Pitches Turned Down By WWE?

"I didn't even get a reply".

No Way Jose

No Way Jose noted during a recent interview with ITR that he once had 13 different storylines pitches knocked back by WWE in the same week.

He can't have felt like dancing after that.

According to Jose, WWE didn't even reply to any of his ideas to let them know if they were alright. So, he simply assumed that they sucked and/or he had to try again. By that point, he barely had the energy to come up with anything new and realised that bashing his head against the nearest wall and plugging away was a thankless task.

Amongst other things, Jose pitched to become a "groupie" for Elias - he'd eventually p*ss the music man off and ignite a feud. He also wanted to bring a "prominent athlete" to WrestleMania (he didn't say which 'Mania), but that fell through.

Jose couldn't believe that WWE weren't at least meeting him halfway when he was working so hard to be somebody and fill shows with content. All that planning he'd put in for "six-seven weeks" was for absolutely nothing.
