Who Left AEW Rampage With The World Tag Team Titles?

What went down when Jurassic Express challenged the Lucha Brothers for AEW gold?

Luchasaurus and Jurassic Express of Jurassic Express are the new AEW World Tag Team Champions, having ended The Lucha Brothers' reign on last night's episode of AEW Dynamite.

The match was unfortunately marred by a serious injury to Rey Fenix, who was taken to the hospital after suffering a broken arm that seemingly happened when Luchasaurus chokeslammed him through a table. Nonetheless, it was a celebratory moment for Luchasaurus and his young partner, both of whom captured AEW gold for the first time.

With the hurting Fenix taken out of the equation, Penta was pinned when Jungle Boy counted an attempted Made In Japan, with the up-and-comer rolling his shoulders to the mat for the W. Jurassic Express celebrated with associate Christian Cage after the bell.

There are a lot of eyes on the belts now, though. A gathered mass of tag teams gathered onstage to watch Jurassic's celebration. Meanwhile, the likes of Chris Jericho and Malakai Black watched on from the bleachers, teasing challenges.

The Lucha Brothers were Tag Team Champions for 122 days, overcoming challenges from FTR, The Acclaimed, and The Butcher and The Blade in that period.
