Why Mickie James HATES This WWE NXT Gimmick; Calls It A "Turn Off"

Mickie James just isn't a fan of this WWE NXT act. Want to know why? You got it.

Mickie James has described WWE NXT's Schism faction as a "turn off".

Explaining, the former WWE star told Busted Open Radio that she just can't stand the word "Schism". She understands what the company's creative team went for, because it sounds like an edgy, interesting word, but it makes her skin crawl.

In an unintentionally funny moment on the show, Mickie asked: "Well, what is Schism? Are these guys Schismy?". Perhaps that's similar to "Ucey".

Seriously though, James admitted she "hates" the name and will never embrace it. She thinks "the package" of putting Ava Raine, Joe Gacy, Jagger Reid and Rip Fowler together works, but changing up the name would make her feel better.

That's...probably/definitely not going to happen. Sorry, Mickie! It looks like the legend is stuck repeating Schism over and over again until she needs to reach for a nearby sick bag. It didn't appeal to James straight away when Schism showed up on TV, and it isn't going to appeal to her now.

She's sure "some hipster" came up with the moniker and thought it sounded cool, but Mickie won't be buying any Schism merch any time soon.
