MVP has become a made man in WWE.

His work as a manager has blown anything he could've achieved as an occasional veteran part-timer in ring totally out of the water, and his alliance with Bobby Lashley has become a weekly highlight on Raw. Now, the Hurt Business mouthpiece is keen to give thanks to those who helped him bag this opportunity.

Specifically, he wants to show his gratitude to one Paul Heyman.

MVP told The Denver Post that Heyman was the main creative force on Raw when Lashley started talking about putting together a faction. That, eventually, blossomed into what The Hurt Business is today - MVP claimed that couldn't have happened without Paul E's visionary approach.

He went to bat for Bobby Lashley, and viewed MVP as somebody who could help take him to that next level.

Of course, Heyman isn't Executive Director on Monday nights anymore. He's over on SmackDown with Roman Reigns, but he remains a powerful sounding board for many men and women behind the scenes.

MVP, for example, will never forget how supportive Heyman was of Lashley's ideas. That meant the world.
