Why These 3 WWE Stars Have VANISHED
Backstage update on 3 WWE stars who have gone AWOL.
Fightful Select has in the past 12 hours published an update on missing WWE stars Omos, Dexter Lumis, and Odyssey Jones, who have not wrestled on company programming since August, May, and April respectively.
Omos
Last Match Aired: SummerSlam 2023 (5 August)
Pointing out that Omos has been used sparsely on television since WrestleMania 39, Fightful states that the giant hasn't been the subject of many creative pitches. However, people in WWE believe the former basketball player can be used as a special attraction. He has recently been keeping a sparse live event schedule, facing such names as Akira Tozawa.
Dexter Lumis
Last Match Aired: Main Event (29 May)
Unlike Omos, Lumis hasn't been wrestling on live events during his televised absence. Fightful notes that Dexter hasn't attended many tapings, but he isn't injured - and is ready to go whenever WWE has something for him.
Odyssey Jones
Last Match Aired: NXT (4 April)
Jones hasn't been used on Raw since being drafted from NXT in May, though he has competed in several SmackDown dark matches and on a short run of December house shows since then. At one point, he'd been pitched for Bobby Lashley and the Street Profits' stable, though this never made it onscreen.
