Why WWE Can't Book Tyson Fury For Twin Royal Rumble/WrestleMania Matches

WWE want Tyson Fury for Royal Rumble and 'Mania, but they're struggling to get him. Here's why!

The US Sun reports that WWE wants Tyson Fury for twin appearances at Royal Rumble and WrestleMania 39 during the first quarter of 2023.

Unfortunately for Triple H and pals though, the boxer is likely to experience Visa issues when attempting to enter the United States. This stems from Fury's links to alleged Irish mob boss Daniel Kinahan - Kinahan co-founded MTK Global, and previously represented Tyson before the operation was shut down in April 2022.

The US government still takes these links very seriously, and that could have a major impact on Fury's bid to bag a berth in the upcoming Rumble or work a money-spinning bout at 'Mania. It's worth saying that Tyson has repeatedly stated during interviews that he doesn't have any close ties to Kinahan.

These Visa problems could end up costing the boxer a significant sum of money. WWE would fork over big cash to have him at the Rumble and WrestleMania 39. It's also likely the former spot would be used to set up a marquee attraction for the latter, but exactly who Fury would face at 'Mania is anyone's guess.
