Will Baron Corbin Cash In On The WWE Title At SummerSlam 2017?

Corbin may be about to ruin Shinsuke Nakamura's big moment...

The Wrestling Observer's Dave Meltzer reports that Baron Corbin will cash in his Money In The Bank briefcase at SummerSlam, but on Shinsuke Nakamura instead of reigning WWE Champ Jinder Mahal.

Nakamura is set to go one-on-one with Mahal for the title on August 20, and Meltzer believes there's a strong possibility the Japanese star will be crowned champion on the pay-per-view before having his dream ripped away by a vindictive Corbin.

This would make sense given the direction WWE have chosen before SummerSlam. It looks like Corbin will face John Cena earlier on in the show, which would leave him open to cash in later. Further, it'd make more sense for Baron (as a heel) to cash in on a babyface champion.

It's unclear where this would leave Jinder Mahal post-pay-per-view though, because the current WWE Champion would be contractually obliged to have a rematch with Nakamura. With Baron Corbin taking the title away from Shinsuke, does that automatic title shot disappear, or would Jinder get his match against Corbin instead?

Also, just how would hardcore fans waiting on Nakamura to light up WWE's main roster feel about him being used as makeweight?
