WrestleMania 33: 10 WWE Booking Steps To John Cena Vs The Undertaker
2. The Match
It's finally here. The dream match we've all been waiting for, closing out a star-studded Mania for the ages (if you're asking, some of our fantasy booking would include Brock/Lesnar III, a face AJ Styles vs Baron Corbin for the Smackdown title, Ambrose/Miz for the IC belt and a heel Reigns vs a returned Kurt Angle for the US strap).
It's a psychologically intense slog-fest, with the crowd firmly split in who they want to win. It goes back and forth, with Cena kicking out of a Tombstone and Taker busting out of an Attitude Adjustment for the two-count himself. It's tense, it's tight, it's a war...but ultimately, it's John Cena who comes out on top. The leader of the Cenation floors Taker with a second and final AA, ending the match and putting the final nail in the coffin of the Deadman's career.
This might anger a lot of fans, but the fact is that Cena has a way to go yet, and what better way to officially kick off his journey back to his 16th and record-breaking world title (which will come at the next year's Mania) than notching up a W over Taker's final match? It makes sense. Sorry haterzzzzzz.
