WrestleMania 37's WWE Title Match Revealed On Raw
Drew McIntyre will challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 37.
WWE revealed on Monday's episode of Raw that Drew McIntyre will challenge Bobby Lashley for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 37 next month.
Before that, the big Scot will go one-on-one with old pal Sheamus at Fastlane this Sunday.
The Fastlane bout between McIntyre and Sheamus is being positioned as a grudge match that could still have 'Mania implications - for example, the latter might injure his ex-mate and force his way into the title picture instead come Tampa.
That's very unlikely to happen, let's be honest.
WWE are banking on another feel good story for babyface hero Drew, and they're sticking by new champ Lashley heading into the biggest weekend of the entire year. This is a match that Impact Wrestling fans will be excited for, because both guys clashed in some seriously good matches during their days in that promotion.
Now, they're about to collide in WWE.
The company have another three episodes of Raw to convince fans that Lashley vs. McIntyre is must-see stuff. Expect big promos from both, as well as some more Claymore Kicks and Hurt Locks before the big night comes along.
