Wrestler Shoots Down WWE Return Rumours

This pro wrestler and current champion is happy where he is. WWE isn't on his mind!

Chris Van Vliet's 'Insight' show recently asked current NWA World Champion and ex-WWE/TNA star EC3 if he'd be interested in returning to the E. That's a valid question, especially because Triple H is the one now steering the ship, but...

...EC3 is perfectly fine where he is.

The reigning NWA Champ says he's "thoroughly content with building" his current employer's stock in the wrestling biz, and isn't really thinking about working anywhere else right now. So, anyone who hoped that Carter might right the wrongs of his first experience on WWE's main roster back in 2019 is probably gonna be disappointed.

He's not up for finding out if things would be vastly improved now Vince McMahon has been shunted sideways away from the creative process. The NWA has positioned EC3 as "a locker room leader", which is something he also takes very seriously - Carter plans to "help cultivate the future" of the company.

Van Vliet's line of questioning wasn't random. Triple H has given multiple Vinnie Mac cast-offs a second chance to redeem themselves on WWE's roster since 2022. It doesn't look likely that EC3 will be one of the next batch though.
