Booker T has criticised the way WWE's writers have handled Karrion Kross' jump from NXT to Raw.

The company Hall Of Famer, handily speaking via his own 'Hall Of Fame' podcast, said that removing Scarlett from Karrion's side was a huge mistake. Few fans would disagree with that, but Booker also admitted that he found it hard to "give a damn about Karrion Kross" when his "hot" missus was by his side.

Being honest, maybe WWE thought the same - maybe that's why they split the pair for Kross' leap to Raw. Perhaps they wanted him to stand on his own two feet and get over without Scarlett.

Book acknowledged that, but he's still not sold on the character tweaks or the "Fall & Pray" entrance without Scarlett there to make it more dramatic. The icon also admitted that he wanted WWE to "keep everything like it [was]" when moving Kross up to the flagship show.

He was a massive fan of what Karrion was doing on NXT.

Booker went on to suggest that his own 'King' gimmick wouldn't have been as successful without Queen Sharmell by his side. He thinks Kross needs Scarlett to make this presentation work.
