1. Shawn Michaels (WrestleMania XXV)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VHvw3H8FueU The best entrance in WrestleMania history appropriately belongs to 'Mr WrestleMania' himself, Shawn Michaels. The entrance is a glamorous and fanciful affair by its own merits as Michaels, dressed completely in white, ascends from the heavens to angelic singing before landing in an equally clean and bright pyro display. What sets this entrance even further apart is how perfectly it fit the match itself. The entire story between Michaels and his attempt to end The Undertaker's undefeated streak was focused on the contrast between darkness and light. Undertaker naturally embodied the dark side and the born again Christian Shawn Michaels took the side of light. The weeks prior to the event had seen Michaels take this stance of superiority and started acting a lot more like the attitude filled Heartbreak Kid from his D-Generation X days as he prematurely declared The Streak as dead. His arrival to the silver anniversary of the event, in his home state, continued to show both the contrast to his opponent and his arrogant superiority complex while still managing to remain a face. The match that followed has gone down as one of the greatest in the history of WrestleMania and the entrance went a long way to establishing the big time feel for the bout.
