5. Jimmy Snuka

A legend, a man who's influenced a number of people who have gone onto become great wrestlers, including Mick Foley, and for some reason, he's never held a world title (unless you count his brief stint as ECW Champion back when they were still with the NWA, which I don't - They were nothing more than an indy promotion at this time).

Another guy who probably should have held the title back when WWF was having their top wrestlers hold the title for years instead of months. Snuka is in the Hall of Fame, but it's bizarre not seeing him in the list of former WWF Champions, given how much his contributions meant to the company during the 80s. His drug/alcohol addiction may have played a role in not holding the title as well.
