WWE: 10 Matches WrestleMania 30 Could Set Up For WrestleMania 31

9. Bryan vs Cena

Don't you think it's a bit odd that John Cena is buried down the WWE mid-card at WrestleMania 30? He's the number one star in the company, the face of the franchise, it seems strange that his involvement on the 30th anniversary of WrestleMania 30 will just be a Bray Wyatt match. What could transpire is WWE actually work Cena's role into a bigger part. After Bryan wins the title in the main event and the confetti starts to fall, Cena comes out to congratulate him. It would be reminiscent of the Guerrero and Benoit moment at Mania 20, but Cena would communicate that he will be coming for the belt in the future. The show would then close with the two biggest stars in WWE in the ring looking at each other. This moment would also work rather well because it would signify the former hottest star in the company signalling he is passing the beacon to the new guy, but will be laying his own claim to the title further down the line. The fact fans would also wonder if Cena was about to turn heel on Bryan would add to the intrigue. The next night on Raw it would be made official as Cena came to the ring to challenge Bryan a year out. "Daniel I respect you and I wanted that moment last night to signify you are the man right now ... but tonight I want to give you a challenge. "I want you to hold that title for the next year, earn it, and then at WrestleMania 31 I want us in the ring at the end of the show again ... this time as opponents. I'm formally challenging you for the WWE Title at WrestleMania 31!" It's a rematch of Bryan and Cena's 2013 classic match and is the biggest contest from the full time roster WWE could do at WrestleMania 31. It's a real money making angle. The constant tease of 'could Cena turn heel' would make for some great drama over the year storyline.
