WWE: 10 Booking Steps For Cesaro Vs Brock Lesnar At WrestleMania 31

3. Heyman Questions His Alliance

Now after having gone through what Heyman did, it would seem pretty clear that Heyman would be siding with Brock Lesnar. However, as we have seen in the past, Lesnar doesn't think too much of Heyman either. In fact, Heyman has even admitted that Lesnar can "barely stand" being around him. They're business associates, but they hardly appear to be good friends. Heyman also always puts business before personal incidents. How many times has Heyman been beaten up by a wrestler, and then shortly afterwards reunites with them for the sake of business? Heck, Heyman once betrayed Lesnar in order to work with Big Show, but for the sake of business they patched things up and got back together. Maybe Heyman would see something in Cesaro that he no longer sees in Lesnar. Perhaps now Heyman realizes that Lesnar has gotten a little bit older, a little bit slower in the ring, and has only a few more good years left in him while Cesaro has a ton of life left in him. Heyman will always go where the money follows, and so in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania, Heyman's stance on both men needs to remain neutral right up until the big event itself.
