WWE: 12 Divas Who Wrestled Men
It's practically unheard of in today's WWE for the current roster of Divas to mix it up with the men in the ring; probably as a result of WWE being more image conscious, and it's not really cool to see violence against women. However, during the late 1990s and early 2000s, physical interactions (no, not those kinds) between the female and male wrestlers wasn't as much as a taboo as it is now; thanks to not only the boundary pushing Chyna, but a generation of talented and tough women, who made wrestling men seem not such an absurd idea. Not only have women competed with the men, they've defeated them, competed in gimmick matches and even gone as far as winning championships previously only held by men. Here's my list of the 12 best Divas to have wrestled men. Note that each of the entries on the list competed in a one-on-one, man vs. woman match; the only exception being Trish Stratus, who competed in a men vs. women tag team match. Women who competed in mixed/intergender matches only aren't included.
