WWE 24/7: 20 Wrestlers With The Most Hardcore Title Reigns

1. Raven (27)

Raven Hardcore Champion
WWE.com

Longstanding ECW Champion and premier cheap win artist Raven was given huge creative freedom as Hardcore Champion - his matches between 2000 and 2002 ranged from comedy to chaotic, with his battle against Kane and The Big Show doing wonders for all three by going from the absurdity of a golf cart to the abject horror of a bump through broken glass.

Released in 2003 midway through working his own angle on Sunday Night Heat, Raven was a lost cause after the belt was bantered off a year earlier - he never again had any agency as a character in the company.
