4. Zack Ryder
Let's face it. Zack Ryder's Jersey Shore inspired gimmick has had it's day. Even Ryder himself has realised he needs to evolve or he will remain in his jobber role for the rest of his career until WWE decides to wish him luck in all his future endeavours. A recent appearance on Superstars showed he'd changed his look somewhat but growing your hair out and ditching the stupid headbands isn't enough to erase the horrible memory of his woo-woo-ing old character. Here's what we suggest. Lose the old entrance music, forget the whole Jersey Shore gimmick and grow a wild, mountain man beard. Ryder would be unrecognisable - in fact he would look more like a dangerous Russian if the image above is anything to go by! WWE could go one step further and have him play the role of a New Jersey hobo, so at least that way he doesn't have to change too much.
