WWE: 6 Reasons Why Damien Sandow Could Be The Next Rick Rude

Damien Sandow Rick Rude "Ravishing" Rick Rude was a monster heel, with a one-of-a kind manner on the mic, the mic that he used to constantly insult fans while simultaneously explaining how awesome he was. In return, he got some of the biggest heat of any wrestler during that era €” he'd make a show of his physical prowess, and one lucky lady in the crowd would get a kiss. We loved to hate him, and all for the right reasons. Who in the WWE is better set to reach that pinnacle of universal hatred than our to "Intellectual Savior" Damien Sandow? Granted, the promotion's creative team would have to stop throwing characterless caricatures like Dave Bro-tista at us for this to happen. And Sandow would need that one big feud, a big feud like the one that saw Rude rise to the top before his departure to WCW. Sandow proved his worthiness to the audience when he cashed-in his Money in the Bank briefcase against World Champion John Cena, yet it culminated into pretty much nothing. Sandow got sucked down into the vortex of Super Cena's long legacy. We don't think it has to end that way. Here are six reasons we feel that Damien Sandow has what it takes to be the next Rick Rude.
