WWE Advertise A Decathlon For Next Week's Raw

Yes, 2020 is very, very weird.

Viking Raiders Street Profits

WWE announced on the comeback episode of Raw Talk that The Street Profits and The Viking Raiders will compete in a decathlon on next week's Raw.

The two teams are currently locked at 1-1 after working a basketball game (which Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford won) and doing some bowling (which Erik and Ivar triumphed in) over the past few weeks. Now, they'll pit their skills against one another in another series of events.

It's unclear whether or not WWE will actually shoot footage from 10 full events or run a shortened version to save time. A full decathlon could feasibly take up the entire three hours allotted to Raw. Imagine - USA Network would be thrilled at that one.

This friendly rivalry between the Profits and Raiders is reminiscent of the kind of thing Vince McMahon loved promoting on old shows like Prime Time Wrestling. In fact, the whole ordeal reeks of something the company would've shoved onto one of those old Coliseum Video VHS tapes back in the 1980s-90s.

Keep in mind Dawkins and Ford are the reigning Raw Tag-Team Champions. They're not doing much wrestling though.
