WWE And TNA: 7 Worst Moments Of The Week (Oct 18)

Was the payday worth it?

Another week, another lousy Raw, and another terrible 2.3 rating! Why won't something give? WWE is firmly entrenched in the idea that Kane in a pair of slacks, and Seth Rollins are going to turn this thing around. Kevin Owens didn€™t light the world on fire fast enough, so they dropped him down the card. Maybe when he€™s 48-years-old and has a cushy corporate gig like Glen Jacobs, they€™ll make him a top guy again. Well, the most confusing wrestling statement of the week goes to SmackDown announcer Rich Brennan, who exclaimed €œSpeaking of perfect, Charlotte is trying to keep her record perfect!€ Rich, uh...she was was just pinned on Monday in a tag match. Or do those not count? How about the time Natalya beat her on her Raw debut? This week€™s biggest question is: When did Dolph Ziggler became a non-sleazeball? On SmackDown, Summer Rae tried to get together with him. This makes sense, because he bought her earrings just a few weeks ago. Now he says when it comes to being used, he doesn€™t play that game. But...isn€™t that how his whole relationship with Lana started in the first place? He even admitted it when they started having €œreal€ feelings for each other! But let€™s not waste anymore time trying to sort that nonsense out. Pull down your shoulder straps everyone, and let€™s Big Ending our way through WWE and TNA€™s worst of the week!

As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at." Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week. Follow along @AndrewSoucek and check out my podcast at wrestlingwithfriends.com
