WWE announced via the WWE Network that The Great Khali, Rey Mysterio, Randy Orton, Kevin Owens and Mark Henry have been added to the field for Friday's 50-man Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia.

This means that 26 of the 50 entrants have been revealed; concurrently, that also means almost half the match is yet to be announced. Due to that, it's perhaps a slight shock that WWE didn't hold back names like Khali, Mysterio and Henry to use as surprise entrants.

During the same announcement though, WWE reported that Kalisto will challenge Cedric Alexander for the Cruiserweight Title in Jedah.

WWE had already previously stated that SmackDown Commissioner Shane McMahon would be part of the match on Raw this past Monday. That didn't stop them from including Shane in the latest reveal, and he's been packaged along with old foe Kevin Owens (Sami Zayn had already thrown his name into the hat).

The announced Rumble entrant list now reads like this: Daniel Bryan, Big Show, Braun Strowman, Kurt Angle, Apollo Crews, Titus O'Neil, Elias, Goldust, Mojo Rawley, Dolph Ziggler, Baron Corbin, Chad Gable, Big E, Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, Shelton Benjamin, Sin Cara, Chris Jericho, Bobby Roode, Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, Shane McMahon, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, The Great Khali and Mark Henry.
