Both female title bouts at Backlash are a little routine, but Bianca Belair vs. IYO SKY is the least-enticing of the pair. Belair's lengthy Raw Women's Title run started with a bang, but creative has consistently failed to provide adequate challengers that elevate the reign above most other champions.

It's starting to sag, sadly.

Still, IYO isn't the one who should be taking that belt from Bianca. The Damage CTRL flyer is a speed bump challenger who's only in this spot so WWE can get Belair on pay-per-view and then move forwards to whatever's next at Night Of Champions. Saudi Arabia could bring about the end of her reign, but Backlash won't.

This has routine title defence written all over it, eh? Bayley and Dakota Kai will try to get involved, Bianca will overcome the odds, then SKY will taste canvas before staring at the lights for the 1...2..3. It's hard to see any other outcome.
