WWE Champion Seth Rollins Injured At Dublin House Show

How severe was the injury that Rollins suffered?

WWE had a major scare during the first night of a 11 day, 20 house show tour of Europe. At the opening show of the tour in Dublin, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins appeared to tweak his knee or leg during a match with Kane, and Rollins reportedly needed medical assistance when leaving the ring following the bout. The injury occurred during the main event of the show. According to live reports, Rollins was performing a powerbomb spot out of the corner when the injury is believed to have taken place. Rollins reportedly used a sunset flip from the top turnbuckle first, and he was in the process of transitioning into the powerbomb maneuver when the injury happened. Rollins' knee apparently gave out after he landed from the sunset flip. After the conclusion of the main event, Rollins was helped to the back by WWE officials. Late Wednesday evening, word coming out of the WWE locker room was mixed. According to PWInsider, one source was unable to confirm the severity of Rollins' injury as he is still under evaluation. Another source believed that the injury is minor in nature and Seth would be able to tape his knee and continue performing for the duration of the rest of the European tour.
