In a new report from Mike Johnson at PWInsider, it appears that former RETRIBUTION members Reckoning and Slapjack are undergoing a name change of sorts.

PWI claims that the Reckoning and Slapjack names are thankfully being dropped, and that the pair will instead go back to their Mia Yim and Shane Thorne monikers.

RETRIBUTION formally split at this year's WWE Fastlane PPV in March, with that break-up happening after Mustafa Ali lost against then-United States Champion Riddle on the event's pre-show. Since then, April saw both Reckoning and Slapjack quietly moved to the SmackDown brand - yet neither wrestler has made an appearance on the blue brand as of yet.

For Mia Yim, the last time she competed on WWE television was back in December, losing to Nikki Cross on an episode of Main Event. As for Shane Thorne, he was last seen in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the SmackDown before WrestleMania 37. It's worth noting that the Australian partook in a dark match prior to the 25 June episode of SmackDown, where he lost to NXT Champion Karrion Kross.

As it stands, the official roster page of WWE.com still has Yim and Thorne listed as Reckoning and Slapjack.
