The continuing saga of the Raw Women's Title match took another turn on Monday, as Bayley was added to the Sasha Banks-Charlotte contest, making it a triple threat match.

Sasha Banks lost the Raw Women's Championship to Charlotte at SummerSlam, then was forced to take time off to deal with a back injury. The next evening on Raw, Bayley made her main roster debut, defeating Dana Brooke in a match that seemed to guarantee her a shot at Charlotte's title at Clash of Champions.

Two weeks later, though, Banks came back to action, her injury not as bad as initially feared. She announced that she would be using her rematch clause to take on Charlotte at Clash of Champions, seemingly setting the match for the PPV. During the subsequent weak, though, the company stopped promoting the match, deleting all references to it on WWE.com.

On last week's Raw, Banks, Bayley, and Brooke all battled in a triple threat match to finally see who would get to challenge for the title on PPV. Banks ended up pinning Bayley and was announced as the number one contender, but her win was not without controversy - her shoulders were down during the three count, just like Bayley's. Because of that, General Manager Mick Foley announced on Monday that the PPV bout would be a triple threat match.

Clash of Champions airs live on the WWE Network this Sunday at 8:00 PM ET.
